Alan Pfeffer joined Arkin Kaplan Rice in 2000. He had worked previously as Permanent Law Clerk to the Hon. Sharon Grubin, U.S.M.J., United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Mr. Pfeffer was also employed as an Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York, Antitrust Bureau, as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison, as Assistant Professor of Political Science at Brockport State College, and as Associate Professor of Business Law at Skidmore College. Mr. Pfeffer has engaged mainly in commercial litigation, including securities, antitrust, contract, and employment matters.
