Deana Davidian joined Arkin Kaplan Rice as an associate in 2010.  Prior to that, she was a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she worked on a wide range of criminal proceedings and complex commercial litigations involving securities fraud, contract, employment, and intellectual property issues.
