Joseph Matteo represents individuals, corporations, hedge funds, private equity firms and financial institutions in a broad range of commercial disputes, including matters involving the securities laws, business torts, breach of contract claims and employment litigation.  Mr. Matteo joined Arkin Kaplan Rice in 2010.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the litigation department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
