Justin M. Garbaccio represents corporations, financial institutions, hedge funds and individuals in a wide variety of securities and complex commercial cases, as well as regulatory investigations.  Mr. Garbaccio has successfully handled matters involving federal and state securities laws, fraud claims, breach of contract, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty and other corporate governance matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as in arbitrations before FINRA and the AAA.  Mr. Garbaccio also focuses his practice in representing clients and their officers, principals and managers in connection with regulatory investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  Prior to joining Arkin Kaplan Rice LLP in 2011, Mr. Garbaccio practiced in the litigation department of Seward & Kissel LLP.
