Mr. McLaughlin concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigations. He has represented individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of disputes, including cases involving allegations of corporate malfeasance/breach of fiduciary duty and insurance coverage disputes involving fraud. Before joining the firm, Mr. McLaughlin practiced in the Washington, D.C. offices of Winston & Strawn and the Venable law firm.
